Majka 7-ero djece otkrila kako je smršavjela - izgleda odlično

Već nakon prvog poroda shvatila je da to nije samo trudnička težina i da mora vježbati, no tek nakon sedmog porođaja počela se ozbiljnije baviti fitnessom i otvorila profil na Instagramu

Jessica Enslow pored svojih kćeri danas izgleda poput sestre ili prijateljice. Ova majka sedmero djece rodila je prvu bebu s 20 godina i tada se, kako kaže, šokirala koliko se udebljala. Jessica sada ima 43 godine, živi u Salt Lake Cityju, a na Instagramu je prati oko 63.000 ljudi zbog načina na koji je smršavjela nakon toliko trudnoća. 

 

What I FOCUS ON when I’ve only worked out TWO TIMES a week for the past FOUR MONTHS 🏋🏼‍♀️ {Throwback to the beginning of my #fitnessjourney which truly started right after having my first baby until today. I’ve had quite a few more #transformations since this one 🦋} I’m not my leanest but still happy with my body given my current regimen! EVERY MORNING with breakfast: I take @warriorfuel_supps HERS Pink Burst #preworkout {Code: jessicafit} whether I workout or not. I have noticed a big difference with appetite control, fat loss, energy & focus compared to last year when I decreased my workout time and lost tons of progress. I feel more productive on the days that I take it versus the days that I don’t I’ve noticed. Workout Day 1 WEIGHT TRAINING: Pick 4 or 5 leg exercises & 1 glute exercise Do 3 X 6-10 reps I usually do leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses, seated or standing calf raises & either glute bridges on the seated leg extension machine or lying leg curl machine or glute kickbacks. (I alternate weeks doing both legs versus singles on the extensions, curls & calf raises and usually do 3 sets of both legs and 3 sets of singles on the leg press machine every leg day). CARDIO: 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 10-30 minutes of LISS {I use the elliptical and alternate 90 secs slow or moderate pace with 30 secs sprints}. I’ll do another post on Day 2 since this is getting a bit lengthy.😉😘 Weekend plans anyone? Nakon prvog poroda shvatila je da mora jesti zdravije i redovito vježbati kako bi izgubila višak kilograma. Vježbala je uz DVD-e nakon prvih par trudnoća, ali tek nakon poroda svog sedmog djeteta 2013. otvorila je fitness profil na Instagramu. 

- Sjećam se da sam došla doma nakon prvog poroda i mislila sam kako ću sad moći uskočiti u moje stare traperice, ali one su dosezale jedva do sredine bedara. To me deprimiralo i nisam se dobro osjećala zbog toga. Shvatila sam da je to više "trudničke težine" i da moram redovito vježbati ako to želim izgubiti - ispričala je Jessica. 

Nakon drugog djeteta znala je već kako to izgleda i nije bila ni iznenađena ni deprimirana. 

- Poslije petog i šestog djeteta trčala sam na traci i radila trbušnjake. Nisam bila baš svjesna moje tjelesne strukture sve do posljednjeg, sedmog poroda, kada sam i otvorila računa na Instagramu. 

Počela je s par programa koje je našla na Instagramu, ali tome je dodala trening s utezima kako bi je više oblikovali. 

- Nakon što sam napredovala prošle zime, odlučila sam uzeti fitness trenera na četiri mjeseca. Bilo je vrlo intenzivno, ali moje tijelo se poprilično drastično promijenilo u samo par mjeseci. U posljednja četiri mjeseca vježbam samo dva ili tri dana na tjedan te jedem intuitivno - objašnjava Jessica. 

Često vježba i sa svojom najstarijom kćerkom Alyssom, a ljudi često misle da su njih dvije sestre. 

Moj muž kaže da sam lijepa i većina ljudi je pozitivna i ljubazna na Instagramu, no ima tih par ljudi koji imaju svoja negativna mišljenja. Mislim da je to više odraz njihove osobnosti nego mog izgleda, dodaje Jessica. 

 

This is my transformation after giving birth to my 7th baby, Eli. It really astounded me how many people felt comfortable basically saying he shouldn't have been born due to consuming dwindling resources of our world. We almost lost this child. He was very sick in the NICU for 2 weeks, & we loved and prayed for this amazing gift to survive. I never set out to have a tribe of children, but when I married my husband, he didn't have any kids and wanted to experience having children. He was amazing enough to take on the four I already had from my previous marriage & add the youngest three. We believe Eli came from God & have faith that God won't limit the resources to sustain His children. If you don't believe in God, I may believe differently than you, but I can still be your friend, I won't go and bash you on your page. We can all respect each other, and still have an opinion, but when it comes to your kids, that's not cool. They are here. I am so thankful for each one in my life. NOW! Onto fitness! Staying fit is a commitment. It is a constant process with exercise, but for me, more so with diet. It is a lifestyle and not a destination where once you've arrived you can pitch your tent ⛺️ & chill 🙅🏻 So what keeps me motivated? It's really just discipline, but taking progress pictures has by far been the biggest way in which I've been able to keep on track! 📸💁🏼 Happy weekend lovelies! ✌🏼♥️

Iako izgleda fantastično, kaže da ipak u ogledalu vidi još nekoliko mana. 

Drugim mamama savjetuje da krenu s malim promjenama i kada vide rezultate da ih dodaju još. 

- Rekla bih samo "krenite bilo kako". To mogu biti pozitivne promjene u vašoj prehrani ili posvećenost određenom vremenu vježbanja. Samo budite dosljedni - zaključila je Jessica, piše The Sun
